If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [7] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If you receive any defective items and you report to us after [7] calendar days, no refund/return is allowed. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds.

For items that are defects:

-Seller will return Rm10 (customer will get defect price)

-Customer can return the defect items to seller and seller will ship a new item to customers.

- Full refund but customers will need to ship to us the defective item that customers received. Once return items has arrived, full refund will be transferred to customer's bank account. 

For items that are lost during shipment: We will only provide half refund because it is not 100% seller's fault.

For items that are lost at receiver's place: No refund will be provided.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if customer are not satisfied with the color and no defects for the item). For defect items that customer receive, seller will be responsible for the shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
